If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase then please contact us to allow us to resolve the issue.
If your cutout appears damaged on delivery please ask the driver to return the item and refuse to sign for it. We will contact you and arrange a refund or send another out to you.
All products are print on demand, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
How To Return An Item.
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund.
2. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
All orders are shipped within 72 hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class Royal mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Please allow 5 working days for your order to arrive before contacting. Personalised products may take a little longer depending on how busy we are. We aim to completed all personalised artwork the same day for next day dispatch.
Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. All orders are shipped within 3 working days.
Free UK Delivery – Takes between 3 – 5 working days.
First Class UK delivery is via. 24 hour courier service. Please note that delivery will take place on the next working day. Please ensure that somebody is available to sign as parcels will not be left without a signature.
